Whether a wedding, baby shower, or a corporate event, the moment we arrive on-site, we are here to bring your vision to life and manage the timeline. The Day-of acts as a filter so you and your guests can soak in personal moments to ensure all are immersed in the event.

We also provide services to Event Planners who require onsite support.

Planning is complete, the final details are confirmed, and it is the day of your nuptials and time to celebrate! The Day-of will arrive at your destination ready to help with needed set up and to execute your planned wedding production while collaborating with vendors and the venue to ensure all is produced as planned.

Where wedding party pairings and processional music are pre-arranged, The Day-of can assist with same-day event rehearsals. From the processional to the hand-off and the recessional, we will practice pace, identifying markers and cues while offering positive reinforcement for apprehensive children during a one-hour same-day rehearsal.

While not new, many couples opt for a First Look rather than waiting to walk down the aisle for the reveal. Here at The Day-of, First Looks are one of our favorite moments to witness when photographers, videographers, day-of coordinators, wedding planners, and makeup artists are on set to help to produce lasting memories.

Whether one is in place or needs to be created, we can help! Together, we will review the timeline or agenda through a prearranged meeting. From there, the Day-of will fine-tune and maintain to ensure all stay on schedule and can pivot if needed the day of.

We believe an agenda and timeline should be written law for any well-planned event.

The Day-of is your ally backed with in-house corporate event experience for company-led and C-suite initiatives in Silicon Valley for startups, SMEs, and LEs.

We bring a solution-focused and agile approach to proactive and reactive environments. From table reads, speaker rehearsals, and ushering attendees, The Day-of is available for conferences, workshops, trade shows, keynotes, and more. We will be an extra line of defense to your existing events group or team of one, so you can actualize your theme and company objective.

As we offer day-of-event services, we do not offer event planning services including dinner rehearsals, travel planning, transportation, hotel room blocks, activity sourcing, or reservations. For assistance with these services, we can help refer you to a full planning services company.

Services include setup and light cleanup. Not offered are janitorial services, removing floral and rental items, setting and breaking down tables and chairs, removing trash, and packing or loading decor.

All contracted services and hours cannot be deducted, but additional services can be added.
