    One-hour Ceremony Rehearsal - $300

    Includes:

    • Creation of a rehearsal timeline

    • Attendee scheduling support

    • On-site coordination to walk through the full ceremony processional, recessional, and transitions.

    This ensures everyone knows their role in advance, reducing stress and keeping your ceremony smooth, polished, and on time.

    Pre-Event Site Walk - $250

    • Join me for a walkthrough of your venue to visualize flow, finalize floorplans, and address details like seating, decor placement, and guest experience.

    Timeline-Only Creation - $500

    • Includes a planning consultation, one fully customized timeline tailored to your event, and one round of revisions to capture final updates.

    Second Coordinator Add-On

    • Independent coordinator sourced + managed by me (sourcing/management fee applies)

    Rentals

    • A curated collection of tabletop pieces and thoughtful accents available to enhance your event design. Rentals are managed directly through me, eliminating the need for extra vendor sourcing.
