Upon booking, you’ll receive access to a personalized planning dashboard — use it as your central hub or alongside your own planning tools. Starting 90 days out, I step in to review your plans, build a full vendor timeline from your event schedule, confirm all vendors, run your rehearsal, and manage every detail on the day so you don’t have to.
All coverage includes vendor communication, floor plan and seating maps, rehearsal support, and a curated planning dashboard. The only variable is how many hours I’m onsite with you on your wedding day.
8-hour coverage begins at $3,400. Most weddings choose 10 hours — it covers setup through final send-off.
