Our Wedding Management service is designed to manage your professional vendor team and execute the wedding you've planned. To ensure we can effectively manage your day, the following services, information, and responsibilities are required where applicable:

Timelines

At The Day-of, we build and manage our own master wedding-day timeline from your provided event schedule. While you may already have a timeline or schedule you've created, we do not execute your wedding day from a client-created timeline. Our master timeline incorporates the logistics, timing, vendor requirements, setup, transitions, and responsibilities necessary to manage your day effectively.

Professional DJ/MC Required
A professional DJ/MC is required for weddings with music, announcements, introductions, or a reception program. Your DJ/MC should provide the necessary sound equipment and microphones. The Day-of does not provide DJ, MC, music, or sound services.

Professional Catering Required
Professional catering is required for events serving food. Your caterer must provide appropriate food service and table bussing/clearing services throughout the event, as well as cleanup of their food-service areas.

Professional Bar/Bartending Service Required
If alcohol is being served, a professional bartending service or qualified bar staff must be provided. Bartending responsibilities, ice, glassware, bar cleanup and beverage service including passed wine/champagne, should be confirmed with your provider.

Professional Vendors Required
Couples are responsible for hiring the appropriate professionals for their event, including catering, entertainment, rentals, photography, florals, and other specialty services as needed. The Day-of manages and coordinates these vendors—we do not fill in for missing vendor services.

Setup & Breakdown Responsibilities Must Be Assigned
All setup, installation, teardown, equipment removal, and personal-item handling must be assigned to the appropriate vendor or designated person. Additional setup, breakdown, transportation, or labor performed by The Day-of is available only when specifically included in your package or quoted separately.

The Day-of, LLC is not responsible for performing duties normally assigned to another vendor or event-service professional.

Timeline-Only Creation - $500

• Includes a planning consultation, one fully customized timeline tailored to your event, and one round of revisions to capture final updates.

Second Coordinator Add-On

• Independent coordinator sourced + managed by me (sourcing/management fee applies)

Rentals

• A curated collection of tabletop pieces and thoughtful accents available to enhance your event design. Rentals are managed directly through me, eliminating the need for extra vendor sourcing.
