Layla took over all vendor communication, developed detailed timelines, and set up plans for both our ceremony venue (a redwood grove where we had to bring in chairs, etc) and the reception site (a coffee shop with an outside caterer). We changed caterers a month before the wedding, and added a videographer about three weeks before, and she incorporated those changes with no trouble. I had booked a classic Mustang as a surprise for my husband, and she kept that timeline and communication fully separate, so he had no idea.

She asked for our color choices as well as a few images we liked for different arrangements. She came up with the rest!
