This package is designed for couples seeking a seamless, stress-free, two-hour City Hall wedding experience. We’ll handle essential ceremony coordination services to ensure your day flows smoothly, letting you focus on celebrating.
Flat Fee: $600
Travel: includes mileage up to 45-miles from our home office (additional mileage at $0.67/mile)

City Hall Package, Includes:
One Three-Hour Event Manager (one-hour onsite coordination may be used before, after, or split into 30-minute windows).
Pre-Wedding Consultation: Discuss timeline, preferences, and any special requests
Customized Timeline: Create a schedule for the day with light revisions, and vendor email distribution.
City Hall Coordination: Ensure all required steps are completed for a smooth ceremony
Reception Assistance: Light guidance for any post-ceremony celebration
Vendor Communication: Coordinate with any vendors involved in the day.

One-Hour Week-of coordinating session to review final event details and final timeline revisions
